Day 185
Olive Oil hair soak! I needed some major moisture. All my hair was starting to fall out and I couldn't figure out what was causing the extreme dryness. I discovered a few days later the culprit was my blow drier, it was literally burning my hair out chunk by chunk, NOT COOL!

Day 183
Ava and Sharon reading stories. Ava loves Sharon to read stories to her. She know right where to find them. She brings up a stack and says "first you read them to me and then I will read them back to you." And she does just that. Sharon is so patient to let her do this. The look on Ava's face if very typical of her lately, it cracks me up!

Story time! I love this book it is titled Hooray for you, A celebration of "you-ness", by Mairanne Richmond. This is one of my favorite parts: "You-ness?' you ask. Quite hard to describe, it's your style of being, your rhythm or vibe. It's the grand sum of you that sets you apart. Your body and brains plus your spirit and heart.

We went to Midway to visit Sharon and went to Heber and had dinner at Don Pedros. I love the food there. I think it is the best mexican food I have had since moving to Utah. This picture shows dinner at a restaurant with a four year old can be like.
